By purchasing goods or utilizing services at A. L. Sports, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Authenticity & Warranty

All products sold are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers, and A. L. Sports will assist customers in the warranty claim process where possible.

2. Return and Exchange Policy (In-Store)

Products can be exchanged or returned within **7 days** of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are **not** eligible for return or exchange.

3. Special Orders

Special orders for items not regularly stocked require a **50% non-refundable deposit** at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. Deposits are forfeited if the order is cancelled by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI payments. All prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
